Overview
The SV-JD3015 is a complete coil-to-part production line. Uncoiling, levelling, servo feeding, laser cutting and unloading or recoiling are integrated into one continuous process, so steel coil is converted into finished blanks in a single pass. Static and flying cutting modes combined with intelligent nesting make it a direct replacement for stamping and shearing lines where tooling lead time and inflexibility have become the bottleneck.
